We provided project management services during 2003/04 in the construction of the new head office building for IIB Bank incorporating a protected structure into 8,000 sq.m. development.

Harmony Court is a 6,148 sq.m. office development, varying in height from three, four and six-storey over ground level with part basement offices and car park.

Cathedral Court is a 5 storey over basement building with 1070 sq.m. of office accommodation and 940 sq.m. of ground floor retail accommodation. Scheduled for completion in Spring 2006.
