Originally designed in 1863 by Alfred G. Jones - Merrion Hall is a protected structure. It was converted over a 15 month period into the 115 bedroom 5-star Davenport Hotel which opened its doors in 1994.

Conversion of 19th Century protected structure into modern office headquarters of some 465 sq.m

Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2007 on a 12,000 sq.ft. development in Francis Street, Dublin 8. This development will consist of a 5 storey over basement building with 10,000 sq.ft. of office space and 2,000 sq.ft. of ground floor retail accommodation. Scheduled for completion in autumn 2008.
