This 75 Bedroom hotel was constructed on a derelict site incorporating two adjacent protected Georgian structures into the hotel area.

Designed by Arthur Gibney & Partners, it was completed in early 2000 following a 14 month construction programme.

Newly constructed licenced premises and bistro extends to approximately 675 sq.m. over basement, ground and first floor levels.

The construction of this 110 bedroom hotel with conference facilities, for O'Callaghan Hotels began in 1996 on a derelict housing site in Dublin 2.

This project, which was designed by Henry J Lyons & Partners, was completed in 1997 after a 12 month build.
